Bills & Payment

When is payment due?

Self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurance are due at time of service. If you have an overdue balance you will also be asked to pay this at the time of your appointment as well.

The Remedy Mental Health accepts all major credit cards, cash, checks, and CareCredit. To pay your bill online, please login to your portal and pay your balance.

Who do I contact if I have questions regarding my bill or payment?

Insurance Coverage at The Remedy

The Remedy Mental Health works with many commercial and government insurance plans across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and South Dakota, including Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and Tricare. Your individual benefits and coverage may vary depending on your insurance plan, provider, location, and treatment.

If you have questions about coverage, in-network status, and payment, please reach out to your insurance carrier directly.

Insurance changes

If you have a change to your insurance, please provide updated insurance as soon as possible so that our team can review your coverage before your next appointment. You can do this by calling our office at (952)431-5330.

Prior Authorizations

Some treatments and medications require approval from your insurance company before they can be covered. Our team will help coordinate required prior authorizations when applicable, but authorization does not guarantee payment by your insurance plan.

If you are currently waiting for an update on a prior authorization and would like to follow-up, please call us at (952)431-5330.

Good Faith Estimates

If you do not have health insurance or choose not to use your insurance for your care, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your services. You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling care or receive one when you schedule eligible services in advance.
