No. You’ll continue to see your same provider at the same location. Unless you would like to transfer to another The Remedy location.
Nothing is needed from your end at this time! We will communicate with you directly, if there is any additional paperwork or changes that need to be made on your end. We want this transition to be as seamless as possible.
